What this notice covers

This notice explains how SwaPilot handles personal information when you visit this website, use the public interactive demo, contact us, or apply to the pilot programme. It does not replace a separate agreement or privacy notice that may apply to a future enterprise or deployed SwaPilot product.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Pilot and contact information: your name, email, organisation, role, country, business type, team size, connectivity needs, use case, partnership interest, and consent choice.
• Demo content: prompts, voice transcripts, and files you intentionally submit to the live website demo.
• Technical information: basic request information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs generated by our hosting providers.
• Device-local information: demo messages, preferences, usage limits, and workspace state saved in your browser's local storage.

How the public demo works

The website demo is a hosted product preview, not the fully on-device SwaPilot deployment described elsewhere on this site. Conversation history and demo workspace state are stored locally in your browser so they can persist between visits.

When you submit a live prompt, voice transcript, or attachment, the selected content is sent through our server to a third-party AI processing provider to generate a response. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information to the public demo.

You can remove locally saved demo information at any time from the demo settings or by clearing this site's browser data.

How we use information

We use information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and demo;
• generate responses and perform demo actions you request;
• review pilot applications and contact applicants;
• understand product interest and plan potential deployments;
• prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and diagnose failures; and
• comply with applicable law and protect our rights and users.

Where required, we rely on your consent. We may also process information to provide a service you request, for legitimate operational and security interests, or to meet legal obligations.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the site, store pilot applications, process live demo requests, monitor security, or maintain our systems. They may process information only for the service they provide to us and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganisation, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We keep pilot and contact information only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and coordinate the programme, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Browser-local demo data remains on your device until you clear it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the public demo accordingly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also object to certain processing or complain to your local data protection authority.

International processing and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

This website and public demo are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Please do not submit a child's personal information through the demo or pilot form.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date when updates are material.
